And here comes another weekend

Technically, it's not a weekend but since i have my day offs on Weds and Thurs, so they are like weekends to me. So the itinerary for this weekend is White Water Rafting on Weds and Shopping on Thurs!

Here's our car for the 2 days...it's so attention seeking. Bright red...looks like a transformer. I shall name it ScarletSpin

ZhiChuan, Alex, me and Kok. Ben's taking the picture. Btw, I'm on contact lenses. AH! the neck is a different shade from my body...hate the sun

Us in full battle order...ready to take on the waves

And me, being a narcissist, definitely needs a solo picture of myself

Trekking towards the rafting site...it's a pretty long walk through the forest. BEWARE THE POISON IVY AND BEAVERS

Just some pics of us on the raft...the alliance, musketeers...watever u call it

Hi Mom, I know u read my blog. This is not me:P

I guess we do need a few group pictures...are we like camwhores?

And off we go to conquer the waves again...

White water rafting for pretty fun as a first time experience...although we all agreed that it wasn't thrilling and exciting enough...possibly due to the fact that it's a city river rafting and not a full jungle river etc. No one fell out of the raft...there was no capsize. Will definitely go for White and Black water rafting in Malaysia in the future

And after rafting, of course it's dinner to fill our stomach. According to the people in Richmond, the best pizza house is called "Bottom's up" and it's a 5min drive away. Somehow, we took more than an hour and went up to a couple of expressways before reaching it...we are horrible navigators.

They really do serve the best pizzas i've ever tasted...their BBQ chicken was a godsend. I was exceptionally impressed with the way they made their crust and the blended flavour between the cheese and bbq sauce...never knew u can add these 2 together

Pizza Hut...what's Pizza Hut???

Went to the restroom and found this very amusing...u mean...they don't?!

We watched a movie after dinner...Green Lantern. I am the biggest green lantern fan in space sector 2814 and that movie stinks. Corny and distracting jokes, lame villians (a swollen head and a cloud of smoke) and a very un-Hal Jordan like Hal Jordan

THURS

There was really much to do on thurs. So we went to Williamsburg to shop on behalf of our family and frens and then to Potomac mills to shop. Potomac is so much bigger than Williamsburg. I was on the wheel for like 2.5hrs and over 150km...with the traffic jam on the highway...wat an unsatisfying drive

And we watched transformers after that, went to walmart and reach back our dorm at 230am. Just a shopping trip, nothing much to elaborate on.

Mark the rafter (I think I'm losing my touch. Cannot find an interesting title to my name)

PS: One more weekend and it will be our last...the countdown has started...tick tock, tick tock:(
